I started 2014 with my broken right arm & a big smile in the snow! This year I spent many many time reading & working on my final degree project which I passed with a really good grade! ( so happy) But I also went to several costume parties & I dressed up as “Agatha” from the movie The Grand Budapest Hotel, also as a cheerleader, a skull catrina & a cowgirl. I made a cake with a dinosaur shape & I burned my hair trying to dye it pink. Six people had a tattoo with one of my drawings…& finally I got my tattoo machine for my birthday! & of course I did my first tattoo ever!!
It was also my first wedding anniversary & my older niece & me started a secret drawing workshop! I saw Templeton play twice. I visited new places: Ibiza, Bali & Lombock! While having dinner in a Mexican restaurant some mariachis sang to me one of my favorite mexican songs ( Sabes una Cosa). My favorite exhibition was “Ghosts, brides & other companions” from Elly Strik.
I can say that my top songs from this year are: Meet Me In The Shade by Chris Cresswell, La chica del cohete by Sierra, Templeton’s “Rosi” album & The Flatliners “Dead Lenguage” album. I’be watched many movies, but my favorites were: Ain’t them bodies saints, Any day now, Labour day, Flipped, Young Ones, Mermaids, Her, Boyhood, Grand Budapest hotel & Behind the Candelabra.
I specially liked 3 books this year: “The Little Prince” (again) “Carmilla“& “Lady into Fox“. Something sad happened also, my ginny pig Julieta passed away. I am missing her too much.
A documentary film about my friend Kike’s incredible life was launched (you should watch it): “Vaduz“.I spent a week in London in a creative drawing curse & I saw the musical Wicked!!! I kept on with my creative writing classes that I love & I started dancing swing!
& with the help & support of many people I was able to fight for animal rights with my “Stop Killing Animals Project” which made me happy to the moon & back! I Hope next year we can make more good things together! Just remember you have everything you need to be happy in your heart! I say hello to 2015 with my new favorite quote:
